Summer Rates

The rental price for the Chalet-Alpenhof apartment during the summer season is as follows:

• April 25 – June 12 – CHF 2420 per week

• June 13 – October 16 – CHF 3300 per week

• October 17 –  December 11 – CHF 2420 per week

The apartment changeover day is usually Friday, unless alternative arrangements are made.

Payment Terms:

A deposit of 1 week’s rental is required to secure the apartment. Payment should be made by bank transfer. There is no booking fee.

Additional charges:

• Security deposit of CHF 500, refunded at the end of the stay.
• Cleaning fee of CHF 250 at the end of each stay.
• Phone calls will be charged at cost.

Cancellation Fees:

If your booking is cancelled more than 60 days in advance you will receive a full refund. 60-30 days before: 75% refund. 30-15 days before: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before: no refund.
