Winter Rates

The rental prices for the Chalet-Alpenhof apartment during the winter season are as follows:

• December 12 – December 18 CHF 3700 per week
• December 19 – January 8 CHF 5130 per week
• January 9 – January 29 CHF 3700 per week
• January 30 – April 24 CHF 5130 per week

The dates shown here are approximate. The apartment changeover day is usually Friday, unless alternative arrangements are made.

Payment Terms:

A deposit of 1 week’s rental is required to secure the apartment. Payment should be made by bank transfer. There is no booking fee.

Additional charges:

• Security deposit of CHF 500, refunded at the end of the stay.
• Cleaning fee of CHF 250 at the end of each stay.
• Phone calls will be charged at cost.

Cancellation Fees:

If your booking is cancelled more than 60 days in advance you will receive a full refund. 60-30 days before: 75% refund. 30-15 days before: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before: no refund.
